This smoothie was SO yummy! And it is super simple. The pink salt isn't completely necessary but it brings out so much flavour and just makes it that bit extra.
Blueberries: Fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C + B6. Supports heart health
Bananas: Potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin, riboflavin, and B6
Pink Salt: turns out there's a lot
1 Cup Soy milk
1/2 Cup Frozen banana
1/2 Cup Frozen blueberries
1 tsp Pink salt
I don't measure anything I just sort of throw it all in, so amounts are just really rough estimates.
