 Tip: I always buy the natural '100% peanuts' peanut butter, usually the Sanitarium brand. Often products like peanut butter will be filled with sugar, preservatives and artificial colours and/or flavours. So, the shorter the ingredients list, the better! That way I know exactly what I'm putting into my body.

 Tofu + avocado stack. One of the easiest, yummiest and most nutritional snacks ever! Sliced firm organic tofu pan fried in a little bit of rice bran oil. Avocado smashed with hemp seeds, nutritional yeast and pink salt. Layer them together and ta-dah!
