Caity has been working in the fitness industry since 2014.
With her background in strength training, Caity is passionate about teaching members correct technique and safe lifting.
She knows first hand the physical and mental benefits of strength training for female health. It is her number one aim as a trainer to help as many women as possible use fitness as tool to finding true confidence and self-love.

Mark is a fully qualified and practised Primary School teacher from Dudley, England!
Since his move to Australia in 2016 he has found his passion in fitness and become and fully qualified Personal Trainer.
With his background in teaching, Mark is a natural at guiding and supporting members, ensuring everyone is pushing their limits and reaching their goals.
